My name is Logan Oliver, I am a dedicated soil and plant expert with a passion for making a positive impact on the world. With years of experience and expertise in regenerative farming, I offer a range of services to help you achieve your agricultural goals.
I have an extensive background in this field, starting from my degree in Business Strategy and my realization that agriculture was the key to making a difference. Over the years, I've gained over 10,000 hours of hands-on experience on regenerative farms across different climates, designing and implementing Permaculture systems of various scales.
At Global Nature Design, we value the unique knowledge of each farmer about their land. We have worked with diverse clients, ranging from large-scale operations to small-scale farms, establishing long-term relationships built on trust through clear communication. Our goal is to understand the basics of your farm and tailor our approach accordingly.
We have had the privilege of working on remarkable projects, such as creating a garden at a local school in rural Puriscal, Costa Rica. Our efforts in Lima, Peru have resulted in a sustainable system providing animal proteins, fruits, nuts, and grains with minimal water in a drought-stricken area. We are dedicated to ongoing learning and staying informed about the latest developments in regenerative farming. Puriscal School Project
In the rural and remote regions of Puriscal, Costa Rica, we were invited to create a garden at a local school. With an abundance of rainfall for 8 months of the year, we had to learn how to create a large-scale food production system that could thrive in such a wet environment. Our goal is to grow this garden each year and slowly get the school to start an education system based from there.
Lima Food Forest
In the semi-desert sandy soil of Lima, Peru, we created a food forest that has been running for roughly 6 years and requires almost no water (a necessity in this drought-prone area). The food forest provides for 4 to 5 families with animal proteins, fruits, nuts, and different grains.
South Africa
We were consulted to a very arid 800Ha game farm that wanted to provide a better way of living for all of their staff. Our team provided design, consultation, and implementation services to help them build raised garden beds, composting systems, and a greenhouse for year-round food production as well as natural deterrent strategies around their homes for safety.
